Honors America’s amateur radio operators, of which there were about 250,000 in 1964. Issued on the 50th anniversary of the founding of the American Radio Relay League, it pictures a radio broadcast wave and radio dial. 

India Post Payments Bank Special Pictorial Cancellation

 On 19 August 2015, the India Post received licence to run a payments bank from the Reserve Bank of India. On 17 August 2016, it was registered as a public limited government company for setting up a payments bank. IPPB is operating with the Department of Posts under Ministry of Communications.

Germany Stamp on Gottlieb Daimler 175th birthday

 A German postage stamp honoring Gottlieb Daimler (1834-1900), an engineer, industrialist and automotive pioneer. He invented the high-speed gasoline engine and the first four-wheel automobile. After his death his company merged in 1926, with the Benz company to create the Diamler-Benz company which produces the Mercedes-Benz"
