SIPA (South India Philatelists' Association) President, Mr. Rolands Nelson, spoke about Mehadoot Postcards, a specific type of Indian postcard with historical and cultural significance. Ms. Devi Sivaraman discussed Permanent Pictorial Cancellation, a postal marking that adds an artistic and collectible element to postcards.
The workshop was held on May 4, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Nageswara Rao Park, Chess Square, Mylapore, Chennai. This event was the second in the five-part workshop series.

The postcards were released by Mr. Rolands Nelson, President of the South India Philalists Association, Chennai. The event, which took place at 3:00 PM, was organized by Dr. T. Jaisakthivel. The postcards were created by Postally Postcards.
